We're giving you a little window into our Wake Forest location. We've got a super cool (and delicious🍤) member highlight this month - Super Bowl snacks: covered. As well as an exciting program for the youth and some awesome founding members to check out. This February edition is all things WF!

Youth Entrepreneurship Academy

The Wake Forest Chamber Foundation's Youth Entrepreneurship Academy will launch in Summer 2022 and offer an opportunity for local middle and high schoolers to immerse themselves in structured entrepreneurship training and mentorship while building their own company. Contact the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce for more information and details on how to apply!

Your New Office

As office suite members, each team member has 24/7 access to the space, the ability to cowork from all four locations, enterprise level WiFi, sit/stand desks, unlimited black and white printing, locally roasted coffee, complimentary conference room time, and networking opportunities. Not to mention, FREE parking at Dock 1053, Beryl and Wake Forest, with free street parking out front of Prince Hall!

Member Highlight

Seafood lovers unite! We are excited to feature an amazing food truck with even more amazing owners. Bracy is also an ambassador at our Wake Forest location, so say hello when you see him! Introducing...Bracy & Bridget of Fishin' Shrimp! 🍤

Bracy and Bridget Dutton have been married for 18 years, residents of North Carolina for over 10 years, and have lived in Wake Forest, NC for 8. They have a son, Ethan (10) who enjoys playing ice hockey as part of the Raleigh Raptors!

Growing up in Maryland, seafood was an essential part of every memorable event. Whether a casual gathering or celebrating a special occasion, some of their fondest memories involve family and great seafood.

They want to help create new memories by bringing a piece of their home to Wake Forest and the Triangle through their food. They aim to please by bringing convenient, fresh, high-quality seafood to your event and family table!

◽ We asked: Why The Loading Dock?

We were introduced to The Loading Dock through our membership in the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce. So excited to have a great co-working and event space in Wake Forest. We can see this being a great location for many memorable events. Bracy has truly enjoyed being an Ambassador at the Loading Dock and meeting so many entrepreneurs. The atmosphere is really relaxed and becomes a great gathering place for a one-on-one discussions, a causal or business meeting, even a formal event. Can’t wait to see how it continues to grow and blossom.
