Available Meeting Room Services

  • Enterprise Wi-Fi: High-speed, fiber-based internet included with every booking.
  • Staffing: On-site staff available Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Custom support available for after-hours bookings.
  • Trash & Recycling: We handle waste, recycling, and compost services on your meeting day.
  • Set Up & Tear Down: 30-minute buffer included before and after bookings for classrooms, training, and board rooms.
  • Accessible Parking: Free parking available at Beryl Road, Dock 1053, and Wake Forest locations.
  • Water Station: Large dispenser and compostable cups provided during bookings.
  • Coffee Bar: Includes locally roasted coffee, cream, sugar, compostable cups, and lids.
  • Brainstorming Package ($50): Includes flip chart, markers, notepads, sticky notes, pens, and pencils.
  • For conference room bookings, set up and tear down time is not included. Please add additional time for any set up or break down needs.

  • Yes, please see specific charges on the "Additional Services" page. Pricing ranges depending on your needs.

  • North Carolina law states that beer, wine, and champagne are allowed to be served with or without the assistance of a bartender, as long as the property owner has been notified and gives permission. However, liquor would require a one-day permit, and must be served by a licensed bartender. You are allowed to serve alcohol at your upcoming meeting, as long as all laws and guidelines are followed. On-site taps are for members only.

  • Yes! All Loading Dock Members have complimentary conference room bookings each month, or can book additional time for only $15/hr. Non-profit organizations receive a discount off bookings.

  • All meeting space is inside and should not be affected by rain or inclement weather. However, if the weather keeps us from being able to host your event, you will be able to reschedule for no additional charge within one year of the original date.
