 Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • For conference room bookings, set up and tear down time is not included. Please add additional time for any set up or break down needs.

  • Yes, please see specific charges on the "Additional Services" page. Pricing ranges from $75-120 depending on your needs.

  • Yes! Absolutely. Feel free to bring in your own food or provide us the name and contact information for your caterer. If you need food for your event, check out a list of our frequently used vendors HERE!

  • North Carolina law states that beer, wine, and champagne are allowed to be served with or without the assistance of a bartender, as long as the property owner has been notified and gives permission. However, liquor would require a one-day permit, and must be served by a licensed bartender. You are allowed to serve alcohol at your upcoming meeting, as long as all laws and guidelines are followed. On-site taps are for members only.

  • Yes! All Loading Dock Members have complimentary conference room bookings each month, or can book additional time for only $15/hr. Non-profit organizations receive 50% off bookings.

  • All meeting space is inside and should not be affected by rain or inclement weather. However, if the weather keeps us from being able to host your event, you will be able to reschedule for no additional charge within one year of the original date.
