The Loading Dock has office suites for 2-10 person teams with each location offering different layouts, design aesthetics and furnishings. Every office comes standard with desks and chairs for each person and office suite members receive complimentary conference room bookings per month.

The Loading Dock understands firsthand the importance of flexibility during the early stages of a company and wanted to design a workspace where entrepreneurs could learn, grow, and flourish together. We took the DNA of coworking and applied the innovation, support and shared resources to develop the concept of cowarehousing.

Booking a meeting space with The Loading Dock is a simple and flexible process designed to accommodate teams of all sizes. Guests can choose from a variety of professional spaces—from small private rooms for focused discussions to larger conference rooms equipped with AV technology for presentations or workshops. Reservations can be made in advance for hourly or daily use, giving businesses and organizations the convenience of hosting clients, team meetings, or off-site sessions in a professional setting.
