Common Cowarehousing Questions

  • Cowarehousing is all-inclusive, covering utilities, internet, equipment, and access to all shared amenities. You also have access to a business mailing address, printing, a full kitchen, coworking space, and conference room credits. Not to mention, over 1300 members to collaborate with!

  • Yes! Pallet jacks, flat carts, hand trucks, and pallets (storage and disposal).

  • Yes! You can utilize additional pallet storage space for a nominal fee; you can even reserve additional pallet storage locations to plan for your upcoming needs.

  • Yes! In your absence, we can also sign for deliveries, including Amazon and commercial carriers, for a $25/pallet fee.

    It is important to alert the campus teams if you are expecting a large freight delivery to confirm availability.

  • Yes! There are daily FedEx, UPS, and USPS pickups/dropoffs for PARCELS.  Members can also schedule pickups on their own if needed. If you ship freight, you will need to coordinate logistics with your own account and carrier.

  • We do not, although we can refer you to local resources to support this need.

  • Yes! Internet, cleaning (in common areas), power, water, commercial dumpsters, and more. Unfortunately, our sites cannot accept industrial waste and large volumes of scrap.

  • Each unit has at least one power supply (standard 110V). If you have additional power requirements, please discuss your needs when you come in for a tour. You cover the cost of upgrades to your unit; although we can help connect you to contractors. 

    We do not supply water to the warehouse units or have water drains within the units; although each cowarehouse has a common utility sink you can use. 

  • The common areas are maintained by our staff, and you have access to tools to help keep your cowarehouse space clean & tidy.

  • Our Beryl location has air conditioning throughout the building. If you need a truly climate controlled option then our Beryl Road location is the best option for you. 

    Our 1053 Location has heating in the warehouse and large fans in the warehouse which helps keep the southern heat at bay.

  • Yes! Both locations have heating throughout the warehouses.

  • We have a video surveillance system that keeps video on file for 30 days. We also utilize a door management system called Kisi that allows only warehouse members to access the suites. Your unit will have an individual lock to keep your goods safe, and you are welcome and encouraged to install your own security camera specifically for your unit as well. 


  • Yes - it is very important for you to have your own general liability insurance. Our insurance unfortunately does not cover your items or your company. We are happy to connect you to a local insurance agent for help if needed.
