The Loading Dock ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS text messaging program (the "Program") to communicate with prospective and current members about tours, inquiries, membership and workspace information, appointment reminders, and related customer service matters at our Dock 1053, Beryl, and Wake Forest campuses. Messages may be sent by a member of our team or by our AI-assisted virtual agent on our behalf.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — whether through our website, a tour request, a form, a phone call, or another interaction with our team or AI Agent — you consent to receive text messages from The Loading Dock related to the purposes described above.

2. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us (for example, tour scheduling, follow-up on an inquiry, or membership account communications). You may receive more messages during an active inquiry or tour-booking process and fewer once that process is complete.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges may be assessed by your mobile carrier depending on your plan.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

  • Reply STOP at any time to a message from The Loading Dock to opt out of receiving further text messages. You will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly using the information in Section 5 below.

  • If you opt out, you may still receive transactional communications related to an active membership or booking through other channels (e.g., email or phone), unless you also opt out of those channels separately.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Loading Dock is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier, device, or network conditions.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

This Program is intended for individuals age 18 and older. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
