Warehouse Coordinator (Part-time) 

The Loading Dock is a series of coworking spaces that believe people and companies grow best in community. We have two locations in Raleigh and one location in Wake Forest. We operate under an ethos of “radical hospitality” which provides excellent service and a valuable community for our members and guests. 

We are looking for an outgoing, organized Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing co-warehouse community at our Dock 1053 and Beryl. Rd. locations. 

Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Community: Welcome and connect with each guest and member

  • Keep warehouses “member ready”: Facilities are clean, stocked and well-functioning at all times 

Warehouse Coordinator Duties: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shared warehouse space.

  • Ensure that the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and safe for all occupants.

  • Coordinate with warehouse members to address their needs and concerns.

  • Ensure the dock is cleared of all packages at the end of the day to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

  • Properly inventory overflow pallet storage by members to ensure invoices are correct and accurate.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse members, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance on a request basis.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with warehouse members to enhance satisfaction and retention.

  • Attend and help develop warehouse member experience events to foster community engagement and satisfaction.

  • Provide support for fulfillment duties requested by warehouse members, including picking, packing, and shipping of orders.

  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling orders to meet customer expectations.

  • Ensure accurate fulfillment reporting to the Community Experience Manager for proper invoicing of Coordinator Activities.

  • Manage the day-to-day cleanliness of the warehouse, including restocking of restrooms, break areas, and other common areas.

  • Perform regular inspections to ensure that facilities are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Conduct safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations and protocols.

  • Ensure all equipment is returned daily and properly stored.


The ideal candidate has:

  • Deep attention to detail 

  • Ability to navigate a pallet jack

  • General experience in warehouse operations 

  • General order fulfillment experience for multiple shipping providers 

  • Enjoys maintaining a clean and organized facility 

  • A true “team player” mindset

  • A knack for organization, time management, and prioritizing tasks

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Able to work independently and take initiative


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged standing

  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds safely. Items included are furniture and other heavy objects.

  • Valid driver's license 


Hours: 20-25 hours a week, plus additional coverage as needed.

Work Location: The two warehouse locations - Dock 1053 & Beryl Rd.

Anticipated Compensation: $18-20/hr with bonus incentives
